六十六号深知个人信息对您的重要性,并会尽全力保护您的个人信息安全可靠。我们致力于维持您对我们的信任,恪守以下原则,保护您的个人信息:权责一致原则、目的明确原则、选择同意原则、最小必要原则、确保安全原则、主体参与原则、公开透明原则等。同时,六十六号承诺,我们将按业界成熟的安全标准,采取相应的安全保护措施来保护您的个人信息。

一、我们如何收集和使用您个人信息

积木电顽™个人信息保护政策阐述了我们通常的个人信息收集做法。我们会出于以下目的,在征得您的同意后,收集和使用您以下类型的个人信息:

(一)提供产品或服务

激活、解锁我们的积木电顽™产品套件、识别网络异常状态、了解产品适配性,向您提供浏览、搜索等基本服务以及其他特定服务,维护基础功能的正常运行,我们可能会自动收集、储存关于您使用的服务以及使用方式的信息并将这些信息进行关联,这些信息包括:

1.位置信息(仅适用于特定服务/功能):当您使用我们应用程序时,我们可能会收集您的本地信息。例如,我们可能收集您的IP地址、国家代码和城市代码。

2.日志信息:当您使用我们的服务时,我们可能会自动收集您对我们服务的详细使用情况,作为有关系统/网络日志保存。日志信息包括您的登录信息、搜索查询内容、IP地址、浏览器的类型、电信运营商、网络环境、使用的语言、访问日期和时间、您访问的网页浏览记录、Push打开记录、崩溃记录、停留时长、刷新记录

3.设备信息:我们可能会根据您在软件安装及使用中授予的具体权限,接收并记录您所使用的设备相关信息(包括IMEI编号、MAC地址(仅限Android版本)、设备型号名称、设备操作系统、设备类型、系统和性能信息、设备制造商信息和网络运营商等信息),以激活、解锁我们的积木电顽™产品套件。

同时为了收集上述基本的个人设备信息,我们将会申请访问您的设备信息的权限,我们收集这些信息是为了向您提供我们基本服务和基础功能,如您拒绝提供上述权限将可能导致您无法使用我们的产品与服务。

请注意,单独的设备信息、日志信息是无法识别特定自然人身份的信息。如果我们将这类非个人信息与其他信息结合用于识别特定自然人身份,或者将其与个人信息结合使用,则在结合使用期间,这类非个人信息将被视为个人信息,除取得您的授权或法律法规另有规定外,我们会将该类个人信息做匿名化、去标识化处理。这些信息在结合使用期间,将作为您的个人信息按照本《个人信息保护政策》处理与保护。

(二)安全保障

为提高您使用我们及合作伙伴提供服务的安全性,保护您或其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害,更好地预防钓鱼网站、欺诈、网络漏洞、计算机病毒、网络攻击、网络侵入等安全风险,更准确地识别违反法律法规或我们的服务相关协议规则的情况,我们可能会收集、使用或整合您的设备信息、日志信息以及我们取得授权的或依据法律共享的信息,来综合判断风险、检测及防范安全事件,并依法采取必要的记录、审计、分析、处置措施。

(三)改进我们的服务

我们可能将通过某一项我们的服务所收集的信息,用于我们的其他服务。例如,我们可能让您参与有关我们的服务的调查,帮助我们改善现有服务或设计新服务。

(四)其他用途

在收集您个人信息后,我们可能通过技术手段对数据进行去标识化处理,去标识化处理的信息将无法识别特定您的身份,在此情况下我们有权使用已经去标识化的信息,对用户数据库进行分析并予以商业化的利用,而无需另行获得您的同意。

(五)征得授权同意的例外

根据相关法律法规规定,以下情形中收集您的信息无需征得您的授权同意:

1.与国家安全、国防安全有关的;

2.与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的;

3.与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等有关的;

4.出于维护信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到您本人同意的;

5.所收集的信息是您自行向社会公众公开的;

6.从合法公开披露的信息中收集信息的,如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道;

7.根据您的要求签订合同所必需的;

8.用于维护我们的服务的安全稳定运行所必需的,例如发现、处置产品或服务的故障;

9.通过计算机信息系统自动留存处理信息且无法识别所留存处理的信息属于您个人信息的;

10.学术研究机构基于公共利益开展统计或学术研究所必要,且对外提供学术研究或描述的结果时,对结果中所包含的信息进行去标识化处理的;

11.法律法规规定的其他情形。

(六)您理解并同意,我们的服务可能需要在您的设备中开启特定的访问权限,以实现这些权限所涉及个人信息的收集和使用

1.如我们访问您的位置信息,是为了根据您的位置信息为其提供更契合其需求的页面展示和产品服务;

2.您使用我们的服务中的单项服务,可能会生成视频缓存文件,我们会申请访问该视频缓存文件,是为了更为流畅的体验我们的服务或为您提供离线观看功能。

当您需要关闭该功能时,大多数移动设备都会支持这项需求,具体方法请参考或联系设备的服务商或生产商。当设备被开启任一权限即代表您授权我们可以收集和使用相关信息来为您提供对应服务,一旦设备关闭任一权限即代表监护人取消了授权,我们将不再基于对应权限继续收集和使用相关信息,也无法为您提供该权限所对应的服务。但是,关闭权限的决定不会影响此前基于您的授权所进行的信息收集及使用。

 

二、我们如何分享、转让和披露的您个人信息

(一)分享

除以下情形外,未经您的同意,我们不会与我们之外的任何第三方分享您的个人信息:

1、与关联方的必要分享。为便于我们向您提供一致化服务以及便于其进行统一管理、完善保障系统等,您的个人信息可能会在我们和我们的关联方之间进行必要共享;

2、实现本政策第一条“我们如何收集和使用您个人信息”部分所述目的;

3、履行我们在本政策或我们与您达成的其他协议中的义务和行使我们的权利;

4、在法律法规允许的范围内,为了遵守法律、维护我们及我们的关联方或合作伙伴、您或其他用户或社会公众利益、财产或安全免遭损害,比如为防止欺诈等违法活动和减少信用风险,我们可能与其他公司和组织交换信息。不过,这并不包括违反本政策中所作的承诺而为获利目的出售、出租、共享或以其它方式披露的信息;

5、应您合法需求或经您的授权同意;

6、基于符合法律法规的社会公共利益而提供。

我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您个人信息。对我们与之共享个人信息的公司、组织和个人,我们会进行安全评估,并与其签署严格的保密协定,要求其按照我们的说明、本政策以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理信息。

(二)转让

我们不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人,但以下情形除外:

1.在获取明确同意的情况下转让:获得您的明确同意后,我们会向其他方转让您的个人信息;

2.在涉及合并、收购或破产清算时,如涉及到个人信息转让,我们会在要求新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受此个人信息保护政策的约束,否则我们将要求该公司、组织重新向您征求授权同意。

(三)公开披露

我们仅会在以下情形下,公开披露您的个人信息:

1.获得您明确同意后;

2.基于法律的披露:在法律、法律程序、诉讼或政府主管部门强制性要求的情况下,我们可能会公开披露您的个人信息。

(四)分享、转让、披露信息时事先征得授权同意的例外

以下情形中,分享、转让、披露您的信息无需事先征得您的授权同意:

1、与国家安全、国防安全有关的;

2、与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的;

3、与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等司法或行政执法有关的;

4、出于维护您或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到您同意的;

5、您自行向社会公众公开的信息;

6、从合法公开披露的信息中收集信息的,如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道。 

根据法律规定,共享、转让、披露经去标识化处理的个人信息,且确保数据接收方无法复原并重新识别信息主体的,不属于个人信息的对外共享、转让及公开披露行为,对此类数据的保存及处理将无需另行向您通知并征得您的同意。

 

三、我们如何保留、储存和保护您个人信息

我们仅在本政策所述目的所必需期间和法律法规要求的最短时限内保留您个人信息。我们保留您个人信息至已无必要向您提供我们的产品或服务或您选择将产品重置到出厂默认设置(以先发生的为准)。

我们非常重视您的隐私安全,成立了专门的数据安全团队,并采取一切合理可行的措施,保护您个人信息:

(一)数据安全技术措施

我们会采用符合业界标准的安全防护措施,包括建立合理的制度规范、安全技术来防止您个人信息遭到未经授权的访问使用、修改,避免数据的损坏或丢失。

我们将利用加密技术(例如SSL)对您个人信息进行加密保存,并通过隔离技术进行隔离。

在您个人信息使用时,例如信息展示、信息关联计算,我们会采用多种数据脱敏技术增强信息在使用中的安全性。

(二)我们为保护您个人信息采取的其他安全措施

我们通过建立数据分类分级制度、数据安全管理规范、数据安全开发规范来管理规范您个人信息的存储和使用。

我们通过信息接触者保密协议、监控和审计机制来对数据进行全面安全控制,严格设定信息访问权限,控制您个人信息知悉范围。

我们还会举办安全和隐私保护培训课程,加强员工的安全意识以及对于保护信息重要性的认识。

(三)我们以最小授权为原则,仅允许有必要知晓这些信息的我们的员工、合作伙伴访问您个人信息,并为此设置了严格的访问权限控制和监控机制。我们同时要求可能接触到您个人信息的所有人员履行相应的保密义务。如果未能履行这些义务,可能会被追究法律责任或被中止与我们的合作关系。

(四)我们会采取一切合理可行的措施,确保未收集无关的您个人信息。

(五)互联网环境并非百分之百安全,我们将尽力确保或担保您发送给我们的您个人信息的安全性。如果我们的物理、技术、或管理防护设施遭到破坏,导致您个人信息被非授权访问、公开披露、篡改、或毁坏,导致您的合法权益受损,我们将承担相应的法律责任。

(六)安全事件处置

为应对个人信息泄露、损毁和丢失等可能出现的风险,我们制定了多项制度,明确安全事件、安全漏洞的分类分级标准及相应的处理流程。我们也为安全事件建立了专门的应急响应团队,按照安全事件处置规范要求,针对不同安全事件启动安全预案,进行止损、分析、定位、制定补救措施、联合相关部门进行溯源和打击。

在不幸发生信息安全事件后,我们将按照法律法规的要求,及时向您告知:安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、补救措施等。我们同时将及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式告知您,难以逐一告知信息主体时,我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。同时,我们还将按照监管部门要求,主动上报信息安全事件的处置情况。

由于技术的限制以及风险防范的局限,即便我们已经尽量加强安全措施,也无法始终保证信息百分之百的安全。您需要了解,您接入我们的服务所用的系统和通讯网络,有可能因我们可控范围外的情况而发生问题。

四、您的权利

(一)访问您的个人信息

您有权访问您的个人信息,法律法规规定的例外情况除外。如果您想行使数据访问权,可以通过以下方式自行访问,发送电子邮件至privacy@studios66.com ,我们将在30天内回复您的访问请求。

对于您在使用我们的产品或服务过程中产生的其他个人信息,只要我们不需要过多投入,我们会向您提供。如果您想行使数据访问权请发送电子邮件至 privacy@studios66.com

(二)更正您的个人信息

当您发现我们处理的关于您的个人信息有错误时,您有权要求我们作出更正。您可以通过发送电子邮件至privacy@studios66.com我们将在30天内回复您的更正请求。

(三)删除您的个人信息

在以下情形中,您可以向我们提出删除个人信息的请求:

1、如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规;

2、如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息,却未征得您的同意;

3、如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反了与您的约定;

4、如果您不再使用我们的产品或服务;

5、如果我们不再为您提供产品或服务。

若我们决定响应您的删除请求,我们还将同时通知从我们获得您的个人信息的实体,要求其及时删除,除非法律法规另有规定,或这些实体获得您的独立授权。

当您从我们的服务中删除信息后,我们可能不会立即在备份系统中删除相应的信息,但会在备份更新时删除这些信息。

(四)改变授权同意的范围

您可以选择是否披露信息。有些信息是使用我们的服务所必需的,但大多数其他信息的提供是自行决定的。您可以通过删除信息、关闭设备功能等方式改变其授权我们继续收集信息的范围或撤回其授权。

当您撤回授权后,我们无法继续提供撤回授权所对应的服务,也不再处理相应的信息。但撤回授权的决定,不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的信息处理。

 

五、约束信息系统自动决策

在某些业务功能中,我们可能仅依据信息系统、算法等在内的非人工自动决策机制作出决定。如果这些决定显著影响您的合法权益,您有权要求我们作出解释,我们也将提供适当的救济方式。

 

六、响应您的上述请求

为保障安全,您可能需要提供书面请求,或以其他方式证明您的身份。我们可能会先要求您验证自己的身份,然后再处理您的请求。

如您不满意,还可以向网信、电信、公安及工商等监管部门进行投诉或举报。

对于您合理的请求,我们原则上不收取费用,但对多次重复、超出合理限度的请求,我们将视情收取一定成本费用。对于那些无端重复、需要过多技术手段(例如,需要开发新系统或从根本上改变现行惯例)、给他人合法权益带来风险或者非常不切实际(例如,涉及备份磁带上存放的信息)的请求,我们可能会予以拒绝。

在以下情形中,按照法律法规要求,我们将无法响应您的请求:

1.与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的;

2.与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的;

3.与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关的;

4.有充分证据表明您存在主观恶意或滥用权利的;

5.响应您的请求将导致您或其他个人、组织的合法权益受到严重损害的;

6.涉及商业秘密的。

 

 

七、我们如何处理儿童的个人信息

虽然我们的产品、服务主要面向六岁及以上的儿童。但我们并不试图或计划从儿童收集个人信息或者收集任何关于儿童的个人信息。

如果我们发现自己在未事先获得可证实的监护人同意的情况下收集了儿童的个人信息,则会设法尽快删除相关数据。如果您认为我们可能有从儿童收集的或关于儿童的任何信息,请发电子邮件至 privacy@studios66.com

 

 

八、您的个人信息如何在全球范围转移

原则上,我们在中华人民共和国境内收集和产生的个人信息,将存储在中华人民共和国境内。

由于我们通过遍布全球的资源和服务器提供产品或服务,这意味着,在获得您的授权同意后,您的个人信息可能会被转移到您使用产品或服务所在国家/地区的境外管辖区,或者受到来自这些管辖区的访问。

 

此类管辖区可能设有不同的数据保护法,甚至未设立相关法律。在此类情况下,我们会确保您的个人信息得到在中华人民共和国境内足够同等的保护。例如,我们会请求您对跨境转移个人信息的同意,或者在跨境数据转移之前实施数据去标识化等安全举措。

 

九、通知和修订

我们的个人信息保护政策可能变更。未经您明确同意,我们不会削减您按照本个人信息保护政策所应享有的权利。我们会在本页面上发布对本政策所做的任何变更。

对于重大变更,我们还会提供更为显著的通知(包括对于某些服务,我们会通过电子邮件发送通知,说明个人信息保护政策的具体变更内容)。

 

本政策所指的重大变更包括但不限于:

1、我们的服务模式发生重大变化。如处理个人信息的目的、处理的个人信息类型、个人信息的使用方式等;

2、我们在所有权结构、组织架构等方面发生重大变化。如业务调整、破产并购等引起的所有者变更等;

3、个人信息共享、转让或公开披露的主要对象发生变化;

ENIGMABOT MOBILE APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines how 66 Studios Co.,Ltd and our affiliated companies (“66 Studios”, “we”, “our” or “us”), use Personal Information (defined below) that we process in connection with your use of our EnigmaBot mobile application (“APP”) and all software, services, extensions, subdomains, and application programming interfaces related thereto (collectively, our “Service).  We make our APP available to users of EnigmaBot products (e.g., our violin/minigun/arcade kit) and Service (each a “User” “you”, or “your”).  Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to better understand how we collect, use, and disclose Personal Information about you as you use our APP. 

1.              Introduction

We strive to respect privacy and we recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Information that is shared with us in connection with your use of our Services.  As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.  You may choose whether or not to provide or disclose Personal Information in connection with your use of our APP and Services.  If you choose not to provide any Personal Information we request, you may still visit and use parts of our APP, but may be unable to access or use certain features, options, programs, products, and services offered on our APP.

The following data is collected by or on behalf of 66 Studios that may constitute Personal Information:

Location Data

We collect your approximate location data (e.g., IP addresses, country code, city code) from a user’s mobile device for specific services/functionalities if enabled by the user to do so.   In certain regions (which do not include the European Union), we may also collect this data when the APP is running in the background of the User’s mobile device.  You may use the APP without enabling 66 Studios to collect location data from their mobile devices.  However, this may affect some functionality available in the APP.

 

2.2            Data from Other Sources

66 Studios may collect data about you from other sources, such as from publicly available sources, and some service providers.  66 Studios may combine the data collected from these sources with other data in its possession. 

2.3            Information Collected Automatically

Certain information on our APP is collected automatically by means of various software tools, as described below.  We have a legitimate interest in using such information to assist in log-in, systems administration, and information security and abuse prevention purposes, as well as to track user trends, understand the usage of our APP, analyze the effectiveness of our APP, and improve our APP.  Some or all of the automatically collected information may, alone or in combination with other information, constitute Personal Information under certain laws pertaining to data privacy.

Log Files on Our APP

We may maintain certain log files relating to the access and use of our APP.  The information inside the log files may include internet protocol (“IP”) addresses, network request information, standard system logs, crash information and other anonymous identifier technologies (collectively, “Log Data”).  Log Data may be used to monitor and analyze use of the APP, resolve technical issues, perform technical administration, enhance functionality and user-friendliness, and better tailor our Services to your needs.

Your Device Information

We may collect information related to your device, including IMEI number, IMSI number, MAC address, system version, Android version, device manufacturer details and model name of your device.

 

3.              Purposes for Which We Use Your Personal Information

In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information we receive to:

·                help you to active and unlock the features and functionalities of your EnigmaBot products (e.g., our violin/minigun/arcade kit);

·                help you efficiently access your information after you sign in;

·                remember information so you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the APP;

·                provide and administer the services, information, content, and products you requested;

·                develop analytics, perform business analyses, or perform similar tasks to improve the quality of our business, our APP and the content, products, and services we offer;

·                diagnose or fix technology problems;

·                create aggregated, non-personal information, and/or de-identified information;

·                comply with our legal obligations and protect our rights, our property, and the rights of third parties;

·                ensure the technical functionality and security of our APP. 

4.              How We Share Your Personal Information

We do not sell, lease, rent or otherwise disclose the Personal Information collected from our APP to third parties unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy or unless you otherwise consent to us doing so.  The following sets forth when and where we disclose Personal Information collected through our APP.

We may transfer Personal Information to our service providers to perform tasks on our behalf and to assist us in providing our APP.  For example, we may share your Personal Information with service providers who assist us in performing core functions (such as hosting, data storage, and security) related to the operation of our APP and/or by making certain interactive tools available to you as a user of our APP.  We may also use service providers for technical and customer support, application development, data analysis (quantitative and qualitative), tracking and reporting functions, quality assurance, and other services.  We may share Personal Information from or about you so that we can deliver our APP effectively.  Service providers receive your Personal Information as necessary to perform their role, and we use commercially reasonable efforts to only engage with Providers that post a publicly available Privacy Policy or privacy policy.  We may share your Personal Information with our auditors, lawyers or other professional advisors so they can support our business.  These professional advisors are bound by obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. 

Purchasers of Our Business

We may transfer or assign this Privacy Policy and any Personal Information to a related or third party entity as poli part of a merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control of our business, assets, or equity, including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings. 

Law Enforcement and Data Protection Authorities

We may disclose Personal Information if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to:  (i) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; (ii) investigations of potential violations thereof; (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud or security issues; or (iv) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of 66 Studios, our users, or the public.

5.1            Access, Amend, Erase, or Export Personal Information

We want to make sure we as a minimum use the standards of data privacy and security that follows from the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) anywhere in the world where we collect, store, use or share your personal data. Accordingly, we have implemented additional transparency and access controls to help Users take advantage of those rights.  Personal Data” has the same meaning as defined in the GDPR.  As available and except as limited under applicable law, the rights afforded to individuals are:

Erasure

You may have the right to obtain from us the erasure of Personal Data concerning you and we may be obliged to erase such Personal Data. 

Restriction of Processing

You may have the right to obtain from us restriction of processing your Personal Data.  In such cases, the respective data will be marked and may only be processed by us for certain purposes. 

Data Portability

You may have the right to receive the Personal Data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you may have the right to transmit those data to another entity without hindrance from us.

You may have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your Personal Data by us, and we can be required to no longer process your Personal Data.  If you have a right to object and you exercise this right, your Personal Data will no longer be processed for such purposes by us.  However, such a right to object may in particular not exist if the processing of your Personal Data is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract or to perform a contract already concluded. 

 

If you would like to access, amend, erase, or export Personal Data about you collected through our APP, you may submit a support request to privacy@studios66.com and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond in a timely manner.   

5.2            Control Data Collection From a Mobile Device

5.2.1        Device Settings.  All major mobile device operating systems enable the users of mobile devices to control the types of data collected in and through mobile applications.

6.              TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF YOUR JURISDICTION

To the extent that we may need to transfer personal information outside of your jurisdiction, whether to our affiliated companies or Service Providers, we shall do so in accordance with the applicable laws.  In particular, we will ensure that all transfers will be in accordance with requirements under your applicable local data protection laws by putting in place appropriate safeguards.  You will have the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards taken by 66 Studios for this transfer of your personal information.
66 Studios may use overseas facilities operated and controlled by 66 Studios to process or back up your personal information.  Currently, 66 Studios has data centers in China, United States, Russia, Singapore and Germany.  If you are Europe Union user under GDPR, your personal information will be stored in the German server.  These overseas jurisdictions may or may not have in place data protection laws which are substantially similar to that in your home jurisdiction.  We may transfer to and store your personal information at our overseas facilities.  However, this does not change any of our commitments to safeguard your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

7.              Retention of Personal Information

We reserve the right to retain any Personal Information as long as the Personal Information is needed to: (a) fulfill the purposes that are described in this Privacy Policy and (b) comply with applicable law. 

8.              Data Security

The security of Personal Information is important to us.  We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to help protect the security of your Personal Information.  We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.  However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.  Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of Personal Information, our APP or our Services. 

9.              Children’s Privacy

We care deeply about making sure children are safe online. Although EnigmaBot products target children aged over 6 years old, 66 Studios does not seek or intend to seek to receive any personal information from or about children. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information of a child, we will take reasonable steps to delete the Personal Information. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child, please email us at privacy@studios66.com.

10.            Changes to This Privacy Policy

Our Services may change and evolve over time.  We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in our discretion to reflect changes to our information practices.  We will provide you with advance notice of a material change to this Privacy Policy prior to your access of any portion of the APP.  We may show it to you again when you access the APP, or include a notice on our APP.  We do not ordinarily provide notice of a non-material change to this Privacy Policy. 

We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.  The “Last Updated” legend at the top of this page will be updated with each change to this Privacy Policy.  Your continued use of the APP and Services after this Privacy Policy has been updated (and after advance notice for a material change) indicates your agreement and acceptance of the updated version of the Privacy Policy.  If the updated Privacy Policy is not acceptable to you, your sole recourse is to stop using and accessing the APP.  Unless otherwise indicated, any changes to this Privacy Policy will apply immediately upon posting to the APP.

1.              INTRODUCTION. 

As a global company, our business proudly serves natural persons residing in the State of California (each, a “consumer”).  We have prepared this supplemental privacy statement (“Statement”) for our California consumers to inform them of their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (effective 2020) (“CCPA”).  This Statement applies to our collection and use of “Personal Information”, as defined under California law, if you are a resident of California.  Types of Personal Information Subject to California Privacy Law. 

In accordance with California law, we collected the following categories of Personal Information within the preceding 12 months:

·                Identifiers such as IP address, and online identifiers;

·                Certain categories of Personal Information described in subdivision (e) of California Civil Code Section 1798.80;

·                Geolocation data such as the approximate locations coordinates of a mobile device;

We share each of these categories of Personal Information with our service providers to the extent necessary to provide their products and services and as otherwise described above.

In accordance with the CCPA, California consumers may exercise under certain conditions the following four (4) categories privacy rights with respect to their personal information.  Please note:  you will not be discriminated against in any way by virtue of your exercise of the rights listed below, which means we will not deny goods or services to you, provide a different prices or rates for goods or services to you, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services to you.

3.              HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS. 

If you would like to exercise your rights listed above, please send an email to privacy@studios66.com.  While we take measures to ensure that those responsible for receiving and responding to your request are informed of your rights and how to help you exercise those rights, when contacting us to exercise your rights, we ask you to please adhere to the following guidelines:

·                Tell Us Which Right You Are Exercising:  Specify which right you want to exercise and the personal information to which your request relates (if not to you).  If you are acting on behalf of another consumer, please clearly indicate this fact and your authority to act on such consumer’s behalf. 

·                Help Us Verify Your Identity:  Provide us enough information to verify your identify.  Please note that if we cannot initially verify your identity, we may request additional information to complete the verification process.  Any personal information you disclose to us for purposes of verifying your identity will solely be used for the purpose of verification. 

·                Direct Our Response Delivery:  Inform us of the delivery mechanism with which you prefer to receive our response.  You may specify, for example, email, mail, or through your account (if you have one with us). 

Please note that you don’t need to create an account with us in order to make a request to exercise your rights hereunder. 

4.              HOW WE RESPOND TO YOUR REQUESTS. 

In all cases, we will respond to your request within 45 days.  However, where reasonably necessary, we may extend our response time by an additional 45 days, provided we send you notice of such extension first.  We will provide the information to you via your preferred delivery mechanism.  If the information is provided to you electronically, we will provide you the information in a portable format and, to the extent technically feasible, in a machine readable, readily useable format that allows you to freely transmit this information without hindrance. 

Please note that we will not charge you for making a request, provided that you make no more than two (2) requests per year.  If you make three (3) or more requests in any given twelve (12) month period, we may refuse to respond to such requests, if determined by us to be unfounded or excessive (e.g., repetitive in nature), or we may charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the action requested.  If we refuse to act on the request, we will provide you notice and the reason for our refusal to act.
